Advanced Benefit Solutions is a family business, with Phil joining as president of the firm in 2021 after working in the insurance industry for more than a decade. Phil is a natural advocate for others with a unique ability to identify risk and make the complex world of benefits accessible for small business owners.

He identifies with other entrepreneurs who are forging their own path. His active role in ABS involves managing client relationships and assisting with plan designs. A true visionary, Phil takes a hands-on approach as he manages the practice and works to cultivate a sustainable organization that will be helping other small businesses for decades to come.
