Paul Goodman was appointed as Finch Group Managing Director in May 2020. Paul brings with him many years’ experience within the insurance broking industry, most recently as Regional Sales Director at JLT Specialty Ltd.

During his time at JLT Paul was responsible for delivering sales, devising broking strategies, and had national responsibility for the manufacturing sector proposition. Prior to JLT Paul held senior regional roles at Bluefin and Oval.

He brings significant commercial broking experience to the Group, as well as an excellent track record in managing and motivating teams to deliver significant results.
