Through his management skills in providing strategic and hands-on leadership, he has been vital in improving performance of organizations, teams, and P&L (top and bottom lines), despite industry challenges.

Bilal began his insurance career at the ground level with AXA Insurance —as an Account Executive —and advanced to a variety of roles with Multinational players, such as Regional Personal Lines Manager for AIG, Chief Operating Officer for AIG Egypt, Managing Director of AIG Saudi Arabia, Head of International Business Development, Inward Facultative Reinsurance and, Head of Commercial Lines for Oman Insurance.
